Majority of the neighborhoods that we specialize in are located intown which means “inside the perimeter” or “itp”. The perimeter is the I-285 highway that makes a circle around Atlanta. Majority of the homes for sale in Atlanta consist of old bungalows that have been renovated from top to bottom. Virginia Highland is well known for these style bungalows, whereas Old Fourth Ward have torn down their homes to build new. Over in Inman Park you will find homes that are more Victorian style, many bed and breakfasts loom in Inman Park due to the size and style of the homes. Homes in Decatur you will find a variety of style homes but majority of them are brick ranch style homes. Oakhurst homes are becoming more and more popular with Kirkwood tailing right behind. Finding new modern homes in Atlanta can be pretty difficult but if you are willing to pay the right price you will sure to find a handful of them on the market. Pricing for homes in Atlanta are increasing even with the downtown in the market right now, the intown homes have been slightly increasing, more so in areas that have good school systems.
