Inman Park Village

One of the newest and now one of the more popular communities in Atlanta is Inman Park Village which is located in the heart of Inman Park!  Inman Park Village consists of all types of homes including lofts, condos, single family homes and townhomes and there are also apartments available as well.   This is a very large community which has a ton of restaurants to walk to including Fritti, Highland Bakery, The Grape, and my personal favorite sushi restaurant, Zuma Sushi, best Sushi in Atlanta!

Of course, just like any good location in Atlanta, it is not cheap to live there.  Townhomes are currently priced between $400,000 and $700,000, the single family homes are currently going for $700,000 to $800,000, but if you want something more affordable you can check out the lofts which are priced at $199,000 to $350,000.

Inman Park Village is one of the more walkable communities in Atlanta and really has everything to offer that one looks for in city living.
